Virginia’s “So Much More” than Fly Fishing Show this Weekend

January 11, 2018

You don’t have to be an avid fisherman to enjoy the positive, pro-nature vibe at the Virginia Fly Fishing & Wine Festival Jan. 13-14. For many years now the festival has prided itself on introducing as many people to the sport of fly fishing as possible, while raising the level of awareness to the many pressing conservation issues facing Virginia. The festival shares Trout Headwaters’ belief that people, who are connected to the outdoors in their recreational activities, are more inclined to protect the natural resources they enjoy. The inclusion of free fine wine tasting,  microbrewery beer, and a kayak demonstration area where you can try-out a new kayak or paddle board in the demo pond before you buy, makes attending this show a no-brainer.

The 18th Annual Virginia Fly Fishing & Wine Festival will be held at The Meadow Events Park, just a few miles outside of Richmond, Virginia, on January 13-14, 2018.
