As of 2010 – Water Offsets Reportedly Conserved 4 Billion Gallons of Water

 According to a recent post on TreeHugger, new water offsets or ‘Water Restoration Certificates’ can do the impossible:  “Bring water back to dead or seasonally running waterways.” These certificates provide incentives to those who own the water to leave the water in-stream.  As of 2010 according to the report, some four billion gallons have been saved.  >Read More
