Trout Headwaters Addresses USEPA on President’s Executive Order

May 2, 2017

Trout Headwaters, Inc. Vice President, Luke Frazza, representing  the National Environmental Banking Association (NEBA)  addressed the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) in response to the agency’s request for comments regarding regulatory burdens.

Frazza was chosen to address the agency today regarding modifying USEPA Office of Water regulations to make them less burdensome.

Frazza told USEPA: “Environmental restoration accounted for approximately 126,000 jobs in the U.S. in 2014. NEBA believes that if EPA will strictly and consistently implement the 2008 Rule and its hierarchy, it will reduce regulatory burden and continue creating private sector jobs – boosting local economies.”  >Read Full Comments

The statements were made in response to President Trump’s Executive Order establishing the “policy of the United States to alleviate unnecessary regulatory burdens placed on the American people”.

This effort is part of NEBA’s commitment to building better relations with key governmental regulatory agencies in support of environmental markets and private sector solutions.
