Where the Yellowstone Goes Directed by Hunter Weeks -Voted Crowd Favorite at Alexandria Film Festival

November 23, 2012

Shown aboard the Cherry Blossom river boat docked on the Potomac, a film about the Yellowstone River garnered the Audience Award this year at the Alexandria Film Festival.  Directed by award-winning director Hunter Weeks, “Where the Yellowstone Goes” was the crowd favorite.  Trout Headwaters, Inc., headquartered in Livingston, Mont. was the premier sponsor of the film and also hosted a reception on the river.

“We would like to congratulate Hunter Weeks on his wonderful film that captures the heart of the Yellowstone River,” said THI President Michael Sprague. “We would also like to thank the organizers of the Alexandria Film Festival, the volunteers, the judges, the sponsors, and all of the attendees for a great festival.  We were fortunate to be able to show this river film aboard the Cherry Blossom.  It made for a fantastic, unique evening.”  More> WheretheYellowstoneGoes.com
